Faculty of Humanistic-Systemic Transformation Studies
This faculty is rooted in the philosophy of PEM System Logics and focuses on interdisciplinary research, education, and training at the intersection of systems thinking, human development, ethics, and societal transformation. The PEM System Logics and the PEM-VRR Precision Analysis methodology form a central theoretical and practical pillar within the curriculum.
The faculty builds on insights from humanistics, sociology, psychology, healthcare, technology, and meaning-making with the goal of educating new generations of students, professionals, and researchers to become critical thinkers and transformative doers. People who are capable of guiding system changes in healthcare, education, policy, entrepreneurship, and community development, globally.

Role
1. Knowledge and Education: Deliver postgraduate programs and training in Systemic Transformation Studies, equipping professionals to apply PEM–VRR in education, healthcare, and employment systems.
2. Research and Data Innovation: Serve as a hub for human-centered data science, AI development, and meta-level systemic modeling, connecting ethical technology with social purpose.
3. Policy and Practice: Function as an innovation center advising governments, corporates, and youth organisations on systemic transformation strategies and resilience policy design.
